staycalmanddopilates asked: hey baby hope you are well listen i need to ask you smt My weight is not moving up or down for the last 3days n I'm eating all healthy and going to gym everyday. I know muscle weighs more then fat and also sometimes even if you stay on the healthy side its normal to stop going down on scale. Bur still its annoying to see no improvement when you are putting so much effort. What do you think I should do?Shall I lower my cal intake?(I am eating around 800cal per day) or just stay patient?
Trust me, this happens to everyone! Eventually you’ll hit a plateau, where you wont be losing or gaining any weight. I know it can be so frustrating, but dont give up! It means that your body is getting used to what your doing, excersize and eating wise. Switch it up. Increase your time at the gym. even just start of doing 3 minutes extra a day on the tredmill, and increase it each day, even if just by a little. I try not to eat the same amount of calories each day. my trick is to “trick” my metabolism. for example, one day eat 1000 calories, the next only eat 700, then back to 800, then maybe one day 600. I know it’s not the healthiest thing, but it really does work. But, if you are excersising more, then I suggest you eat a little more calories so you have more energy at the gym!
